The 1st Astrology class will be ending in early July and THE NEW CLASS will  start in September 15, 2009 at 7 PM to 9 PM in my home in south Scottsdale (off of Miller and McKellips) class size is limited to 8 students.
This is an 8 week class  - Total cost $150.00
There will be a pot luck dinner and a surprise gift the 9th week.

The class has been a huge success as noted by the comments of the students. This Astrology class has helped us grow in our awareness of ourselves in ares like - what makes us tick at the deepest level - why we do what we do - why we attract certain people or situations in our life - it also helps you to understand and accept the people in your life. This class covers so much more then what the average person thinks about Astrology or what they have been exposed to generally.

I have been so honored in attracting the kind of students in my classes that are hungry for awareness and knowledge and have the willingness to look at themselves as a discovery and not judgment.

This is a beginning class on understanding basic astrology and the role the Sun, Moon and Planets play in our lives. Your chart will be studied as well as the symbols, signs, planets and the relationships (aspects) between them. Anyone interested in personal growth, spirituality, the helping professions, and consciousness will benefit. The stars have a deep, profound influence on us - in our environment, our work, our relationships, and our health, in fact every aspect of our lives is touched. See how others see you, understand your feelings, actions, and reactions. By greater understanding of what is influencing us, we have choice in response - therefore - personal power. Astrology is a valuable tool in helping us to understand and improve ourselves and others.

We will be studying the basic meaning of the signs, planets, houses and the relationship between them. The chart and the why - how - when of what you think and do through understanding your chart. Astrology is a map of consciousness and access to this kind of map and model greatly facilitates personal and spiritual growth, it is a powerful diagnostic tool for self help and the helping professions. We will also cover some celebrity charts. This is a mix of fun, seriousness, awareness and study with greater understanding of the uniqueness of each and every person.

This beginning astrology class will open you to new productive knowledge, new friends will be made and a greater understanding/compassion of the frailties of one's human nature. The understanding of astrology can help us not be so hard on ourselves to perform, to be more accepting of who we are and of course - more loving. I have been an astrologer for over 35 years and I am still learning the art.
